For the entities we chose to retain, we do all of our property management in-house. We utilize on-site management offices/staff and cloud-based software to track payments, maintenance tasks, and keep our tenants updated on policy changes and make necessary announcements.
We have successfully been able to move tenant payments fully online up to 85-90% on some properties over the course of 2 years, and are currently strategizing to get all of our tenants fully online by the end of 2020.
